There would be a run on the bank as honest working folk try to get their money out before it disappears.The bank's owner (Capone) would ask the US government to guarantee deposits against theft and then keep stealing until the Feds are bled dry.
The safest place to keep your money would be buried in a coffee can.
In other words, Afghanistan is pretty much a Goldman Sachs wet dream right now.
