Pissing On Your Friends

An unnamed "senior White House source" (probably Rahm Emanuel) ragged on labor for spending money to unseat anti-labor Democrat Blanche Lincoln. He was probably just making kissy-faced towards Lincoln who hasn't supported the President's policies. The thing is Emanuel could have done his kissing up without a mean-spirited snark towards labor. In politics you don't piss on your friends when they fall unless you want them to turn their backs when you need their help. In other words, it's fucking stupid.
