As I predicted, John McCain has failed his test of courage and honor. Given an opportunity, McCain refused to condemn a comment by a Virginia Republican official who compared Barack Obama to Osama Bin Laden. Instead, McCain used the comment to repeat his Ayers attack line.
McCain tried, I think he really did try to be honorable. He just doesn't have it in him.
