Fighting for the Right to Vote

The biggest fight in this election season is the fight for the right to vote. McCain's strategy is to gouge out an electoral vote majority while losing the popular vote. McCain is looking for every illegal advantage to swing vote totals.

• Wisconsin Republicans have issued a call for toughs willing to intimidate voters to serve as poll watchers;
• In several states Republicans have tried to illegally purge voting rolls;
• Rigged voting machines have been switching votes from Obama to McCain;
• Republican thugs have been heckling voters;
• (additional) Republican gorillas are threatening to murder Obama supporters.
  

That is why Barack Obama is recruiting regiments of lawyers to fight for Americans right to vote. It is a basic battle for liberty and democracy in the best tradition of our Founding Fathers.
