The
Republican health care repeal action is an elaborate shadow puppet performance, complete with loud drums. Not only does it have no chance of passing the Senate (and is therefore a futile gesture) but if repeal did have a chance Republicans would back away from it faster than a scalded puppy.
Too many powerful big money interests (
Big Pharma,
insurance companies) stand to profit from the bill that passed to allow that to happen. So enjoy the performance of fake outrage. You're allowed to laugh, it is a comedy.
