Mitt In Nevada

Mittens continues to win unimpressively.
  • He won the Nevada caucus with 50% of the vote, a slightly lower percentage than Mitt won the 2008 Nevada caucus.
  • He won fewer counties than 2008.
  • His total vote was a whopping 27% lower than in 2008.
Typical Romney supporter in victory.

The more people see of him, the more he grates on them with his condescending attitude, his unwillingess to show just how he takes advantage of the country's tax loopholes while at the same time wanting to create more for people like him, and his unbelievable assertions that he is just like ordinary Americans. And, what is the deal with his obsession of reciting "America the Beautiful". As unlikeable as McCain was, Romney makes McCain seem like a nice guy.

The Republicans don't really like this guy. The only reason he is winning is that his primary opponent is now Newt Gingrich, who would lose a popularity contest to herpes.

And if the Republicans don't like him, how are those Democrats and independents going to feel?
