The latest hero of the climate change deniers is Professor J. Scott Armstrong. Professor Armstrong is not a professor of climatology or meteorology or biology or chemistry archeology or even history or geology. He is not a scientist of any fashion. Why, he isn't even a TV weatherman. No, no. Armstrong is a professor of marketing.
Armstrong's analysis includes comparing global temperature changes to US postal rates and using the Intrade betting parlor as scientific data. Reading his PowerPoint slideshow is a hoot and a half. As scientific research goes it is just as valid as Doink the Clown's.
