I figure I just risked a multi-million dollar trademark infringement lawsuit. But, what the hell.* Rudolph GiulianiTM is a registered trademark of Rudolph Giuliani. Any use of the phrase Rudolph Giuliani that "tarnishes, degrades, disparages or reflects adversely" on the marketed product known as Rudolph Giuliani will find the violator hanging by his toenails in a cell at Gitmo if the bastard is ever elected President.
