What kind of person, while sitting in the cab of ten-ton bulldozer for a photo-op, thinks it would be fun to fire that monster up and chase the people in front of him? Could it be the same person who started a recreational war in the Middle East, had people "renditioned" to countries for the singular purpose of having them tortured, and has stood in the center of the Oval Office and pissed on the Constitution? Why, yes, it is.
"Bush looked out the tractor's window and laughed" while reporters, White House staffers, and Secret Service agents scrambled for their lives. The man is deranged.
