It's just so freaking appropriate it has to be a joke, you'd think the source would be the Onion or Stephen Colbert, but it absolutely true. The
DHS is remodeling an insane asylum in the Anacostia neighborhood of Washington D. C. to be the place where they discuss terrorist plots, spy on innocent Americans, and act out every paranoid delusion their crazed minds can concoct.
