Radioactive Seawater Near Japan

News Story: Radioactivity levels are soaring in Japan seawater due to the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant.

I know I'm being totally heartless and culturally insensitive but wasn't it radioactive seawater that created Godzilla?
